New Clients
If you are new to our pantry, we will ask for an ID to register you as a client. We collect basic family and contact information to ensure your household receives the appropriate amount of food and can participate in related ministries such as school supplies and Christmas gifts for children.
Your personal information is never shared. Anonymous summary data may be used for grant reporting. Income is not used for eligibility—if you need food, we provide food.
New client registration forms are available in Word and PDF formats. Please complete the form and bring it with you if possible.

Pantry Hours
- Tuesdays: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
- Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
If you are unable to visit during regular hours, please call 410-286-7086 to arrange an alternate pickup time.
What We Provide
- Perishable and nonperishable food
- Meat
- Monthly bonus bag with household items
Whenever possible, clients may choose their produce, meat, and extra food items. Bonus bags are available once per month per household. You may visit the pantry whenever you need food; non-perishable food and meat are provided at each visit. Additional items may be available based on donations.
Financial Assistance
For temporary assistance with gas, prescriptions, utilities, or rent, please call 410-286-7086 and leave a message with your name, phone number, and need. A board member will contact you within one business day.
Weather & Closings
The pantry makes every effort to remain open during normal hours and does not follow Calvert County Public School closings. If a closure is necessary, updates will be posted on our Facebook page and on the pantry phone recording.
